How we work
Capacity is the product.
We take five external brands at a time. When a slot opens, the waitlist email goes out first. The work is fixed: tech pack first, factory liaison second, purchase orders third. We don't take SaaS clients. We don't do creative-only retainers. We don't do brand strategy. We sell what we sell, and we say what we don't.

Yes. The tech pack product is a standalone purchase. No retainer required.
Lonati single-cylinder, 144 / 168 / 200 needles. Not Santoni, Matec, Busi. Not double-cylinder. Not toe-machines. We say no on purpose.
We have a partner in China we know well. If you already have a factory and just need the pack, that's fine — we deliver the PDF and BMP, you bring it.
Most independent factories will quote at 600 pairs / SKU minimum. We can negotiate to 360 with our partner, but unit cost moves. We flag the math up front.
